I totally agree with Jim — yesterday’s ride was a huge success! I cannot say thank you enough to the Blue Knights who accompanied us. I think y’all are very brave souls to ride with so many new riders in our first big group ride!
Axel loves maps! He sent me a link of our original planned trip which I added to the previous post. Then, he sends me a map of the ride that we actually took — or at least most of us did, I think. We had to cut out a little early from US 1 and came home through Franklinton/Creedmoor.
A very special thanks to Stefan who rode Michelle around to take a lot of action pictures. I seriously want to know what kind of camera she has and how in the world she took pictures of us while going 65MPH! They ended up with over 200 pictures which you can see in a photo album they created online. Stefan shared that the uploaded images are lower resolution than what he has on his camera. If you see a picture of you that you would like to get a high resolution copy of, email me at lisab (at) trianglebiker (dot) com and I’ll put you in touch with Stefan directly. It’s going to take me a little time to go through all the wonderful pictures there and actually put them on this site! Anything to get my picture from coming up so many times 
Also, Tim and Faye who joined our ride on the other side of Oxford (if I remember correctly) sent me some pictures. I’ll be adding a Photo Gallery here and getting those pictures up as well.

Thanks again to Jim and the Blue Knights for putting together this ride for us. It was the first we’d ever been on and it was so much fun! I don’t know that I can wait another year before we do it again — so let’s see if we can get some more Triangle Biker rides going!

I had a blast! Wow great pictures! I’m a little sad I didn’t go back the same way with the group to get more photos time, plus looked like great riding however, the roads that Stefan suggested we take back were great as well! Really enjoyed it! Can’t wait to do it again!

I agree Lisa … I don’t think I can wait a year … the ride was FABulous! … perhaps we should adopt the good ol’ Pentecostal attitude … if they don’t have a reason to cook and eat at the church, they make up one!
So anytime you want to ride, just email me … surely between the two of us we can make up something!!

Since everyone has been asking about the pictures Michelle took at 65MPH… I would like to say it was due to my awesome, smooth riding skills. However, since Michelle will probably read this, I have to be honest and say she just knows how to take good pictures!!! And with awesome subjects, it makes it easy to take pictures…
